St Anthony North Hospital in Westminster, Colorado, is seeking a qualified individual to oversee daily workflow, develop staff schedules, and act as subject matter experts within their unit. The successful candidate will ensure a supportive environment and assist in the orientation of new employees.

Responsible for overseeing the daily work flow, develop schedules, and act as subject matter experts for their units. Develops and leads staff to be personally accountable for the organizational mission, core values and success. Ensures appropriate orientation for new employees to the unit. Assures current standards of practice for the unit.
