Job summary

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures and ensure quality imaging in a fast-paced environment. You will operate radiography equipment, maintain exam rooms, and support the Radiology team under the Director of Radiology.

Requirements include 2 years of AMA Radiologic Technology training, ARRT-R certification, and BLS/CPR within 30 days of hire. This role emphasizes patient safety and proper body mechanics in a clinical setting.

  • 2 years clinical training from an AMA program of Radiologic Technology.
  • ARRT-R (Radiography) certification.
  • BLS or CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures and related exams.
  • Operates radiographic equipment and reports malfunctions.
  • Stocks supplies and maintains order in exam rooms.
  • Performs computer and clerical radiography duties as requested.
  • Reports to Director Radiology and uses proper body mechanics.

Responsibilities
  • Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures, bone density test and radiological exams.
  • Operates and monitors radiographic and accessory equipment for proper functioning and promptly reports malfunctions.
  • Stocks supplies and maintains orderliness in exam rooms as needed.
  • Performs necessary computer and clerical functions related to radiography as requested.
  • The Radiology Technologist reports to Director Radiology.
  • Requires constant use of good body mechanics.
  • Required to stand most of the day.
  • Employee must lift/carry/push 20 to 40 lbs. occasionally.
  • Must be able to assist patients of various weights frequently.
  • Must be able to work in a dimly lit room, be able to see and distinguish colors.

  • Exposure to electrical equipment, radiation, needle punctures, ferrous materials, blood and body fluids, chemicals, and communicable diseases.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
  • 2 years clinical training from an AMA program of Radiologic Technology
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
  • ARRT-R (ARRT-RADIOGRAPHY)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association OR CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
