Job summary

Olympia Fields Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures following department protocols and regulatory standards.

You will act as the first line interface with patients, participate in PI/QC activities, and ensure the accurate processing and transmission of images to PACS. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates, with eligibility discussed during interview.

Qualifications

• Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-R is required.
• Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
• Current BCLS (AHA).
• At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations.
• Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs.
• Participates in PI/QC activities.
• Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.
