Job summary

Garden City Hospital, a member of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join our award-winning imaging team. This full-time role performs diagnostic radiographic procedures and interacts with patients to ensure quality imaging and patient comfort in a busy hospital setting.

Evening shift, ARRT-R required, state license, BCLS, one year experience preferred. Sign-On Bonus available; details discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-R is required.
• Familiarity with State and Federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations.
• Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs.
• Participates in PI/QC activities.
• Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.


• ARRT-R is required.


• Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.


• Current BCLS (AHA).


• At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.


• Proficient computer skills.
