Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC is seeking a radiology technician to operate imaging equipment, perform diagnostic x-rays, and assist in preparing procedure rooms. This role emphasizes safety, documentation, and high-quality imaging within a team-focused ambulatory setting.

The candidate should have ARRT certification preferred, one year of fluoroscopy, and a state license, with opportunities to contribute to patient care and center operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology.
• Current state Radiology Technician license.
• ARRT certification preferred.
• Minimum of one year fluoroscopy experience.
• C-Arm experience required.
• BLS certification.
• Ambulatory Surgery Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competence in x-ray/fluoroscopy technologist skills.
• Selects exposure factors and positioning to produce high-quality images.
• Maintains and proficiently uses radiology equipment.
• Troubleshoots equipment problems as needed.
• Adheres to radiation safety for self and patient.
• Maintains safety, environmental and infection control standards.
