Job summary

Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC seeks a radiology technologist to operate imaging equipment and perform diagnostic X-rays under physician guidance. You will assist in preparing operating rooms and maintain compliance with radiation safety and infection control standards.

The role requires 1 year of fluoroscopy experience, C-Arm proficiency, and a state radiology license; ARRT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year fluoroscopy experience.
• C-Arm experience required.
• BLS certification.
• Ambulatory Surgery Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates imaging equipment and performs diagnostic x-rays as ordered.
• Assists in preparing operating/procedure rooms.
• Documents radiation duration and equipment tests.
• Maintains documentation and logs for radiology services.
• Promotes safety and infection control standards.
• Communicates effectively with staff and patients.
• Maintains professional behavior reflecting the center’s standards.
