Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent on-the-job training.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and sterile techniques; proficient patient positioning and operation of x-ray equipment.
• ARRT certification eligibility and Ohio Radiographer licensure within 4 weeks of start.

Responsibilities

• Takes radiographs per physician orders.
• Ensure 95% of films are satisfactory as measured by repeat rate.
• Complete exams following routine procedures and sign out requests with correct information.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of access to patient records.
• Interact professionally with other departments and assist Radiologic Technologist Students.
