Job summary

Mercy Medical Center in Aurora, IL is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with department protocols and regulatory standards. The role interfaces with patients and contributes to quality control and image transmission to PACS.

Requirements include state licensure and fluoroscopy permit, ARRT-R, BCLS, and at least one year of radiology tech experience.

Qualifications

• Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-R is required.
• Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
• Current BCLS (AHA).
• At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations.
• Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs.
