Job summary

Heritage Valley Health System in Monaca, PA seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform C-Arm imaging and assist in patient care within a busy ambulatory surgery center. The role requires ARRT certification or Board Eligible status and completion of required clearances shortly after hire, with BLS certification also required.

Qualifications

• Must have ARRT certification in Radiology or ARRT Board Eligible, must attain Board Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Maintain ARRT registration.
• Successful completion of required clearances within 90 days of commencing employment.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed radiographic C-Arm imaging.
• Deliver patient care aligned with surgery center policies and procedures.
• Work under supervision of Director of Nursing.

Work Location: HV Ambulatory Surgery Center, Center Township Medical Neighborhood 79 Wagner Road Suite 101 Monaca, PA

Work Hours: Monday-Friday daylight; 80 hours per week

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and according to established standards and surgery center policies and procedures provides prescribed radiographic C-Arm imaging and patient care services.

Required

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology and achieved ARRT certification in Radiology or ARRT Board Eligible, must attain Board Certification within 6 months of hire
• Maintain ARRT registration
• Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.
• BLS certification

Preferred

• Radiologic Technologist experience working in ambulatory surgery center
• Experience in use of C-arm radiology
