Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington is a premier imaging center in Arlington, TX, seeking a Radiology Tech Multi-Modality to join our skilled team. The role centers on performing quality CT (with training available) and diagnostic X-ray procedures, while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates are ARRT registered and Texas MRT licensed, with C-ARM experience and 2–5 years CT/diagnostic work.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Registered with the ARRT and licensed by the Texas Medical Board as MRT – General License.
  • Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality CT (willing to train CT) and diagnostic X-ray procedures accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Administer IVs and inject contrast within procedure guidelines. Operates CT, X-ray equipment, PACS, printing film, prepares exam room, equipment, supplies and medications.
  • Provide patient services using imaging modalities.
  • Practice proper radiation safety techniques on all exams performed.
  • Exams include CT cases, regular diagnostic cases and surgical radiology cases.

Radiology Tech Multi-Modality at Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington:
  • Performs quality CT (willing to train CT) and diagnostic X-ray procedures accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Administer IV’s and injects contrast within contrast procedure guidelines. Operates CT, X-ray equipment, C-ARMS, PACS, printing film, prepares exam room, equipment, supplies and medications.
  • Provides patient services using imaging modalities.
  • Practices proper radiation safety techniques on all exams performed.
  • Exams include CT cases, regular diagnostic cases and surgical radiology cases.
  • We are willing to train for CT.
Qualifications
Education:
  • Graduate of an AMA – approved school of Radiologic Technology
License:
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Licensed by the Texas Medical Board (TMB) as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) – General License
  • Current BLS certification
Required Experience:
  • MUST have C-ARM experience
  • Two to five years' experience specific to CT/DIAG preferred.
