Minimum requirements include radiology clerical experience and CPR certification. The position outlines a 8-hour day shift, with a focus on patient-centered service and efficient department operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a Radiology department clerical section.
• Medical terminology knowledge.
• Basic keyboard operation and equipment handling (O2 tanks, patient beds).
• Ability to interact effectively with others and solve problems.
• Prepares, processes, and follows numerical filing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist imaging procedures of diagnostically acceptable quality per department protocols.
• Transport patients and manage clerical file room and reception duties.
• Process radiology records/films and retrieve films from storage.
• Maintain proper guest relations with staff, physicians, and patients' families.
