Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate software systems for data entry, charging, and radiology exam completion.
• Transport patients to and from Radiology and other departments as needed.
• Greet patients and assist with Radiology paperwork and non-clinical needs.
• Collect patient information for multi-disciplinary procedures; verify ICD-10/CPT codes.
• Contact ordering physicians for missing documentation and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate with referring physicians, patients, and staff according to policy.
• Follow safety standards and perform other duties as assigned.
