Job summary

Brown University Health's Miriam Hospital in Providence, RI seeks an Radiology Transport Assistant to support daily diagnostic imaging operations. You will assist radiographers with portable procedures, prepare patients, and ensure proper patient identification and safety throughout transport.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma and basic arithmetic skills.
• Minimum of three months’ experience in a patient-care setting preferred.
• Ability to read, write English and communicate with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist radiographer with portable radiographic procedures.
• Prepare patients and room for examinations.
• Transport patients and equipment safely between areas.
