Job summary

Central Peninsula Hospital in Soldotna, Alaska, seeks a Radiology Supervisor to lead our imaging team and balance administrative duties with hands-on radiography. This role requires collaboration to enhance patient care and staff development.

You will schedule staff, monitor timekeeping, coordinate lunch relief, and serve as backup Radiographer. Work with the Imaging Services Director on QA initiatives; demonstrate professional, courteous customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required.
• BLSP (CPR) through AHA within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff shifts within Radiography; manage timekeeping records.
• Coordinate relief for lunch breaks and back up Radiographer as needed.
• Collaborate with Imaging Services Director on QA initiatives.
