At Vista Specialty Hospital, the Radiology Supervisor performs imaging procedures within the scope of training and licensure while providing day-to-day oversight of the Radiology-Diagnostic Department. In collaboration with facility leadership, this position supports the efficient delivery of imaging services, promotes safe and high-quality patient care, and helps achieve departmental goals aligned with the hospital's mission, vision, and values. Responsibilities include overseeing and participating in clinical operations such as routine X-rays, ultrasound, echocardiograms, diagnostic catheterization procedures, and other imaging modalities as assigned. The role also ensures compliance with radiation safety standards and ALARA principles to produce high-quality diagnostic images while minimizing radiation exposure to patients, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications:: Education: High School Diploma or GED. Satisfactory completion of ARRT accredited program, accredited by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

Licenses/Certification: ARRT certification required. BLS required.

Experience: Two (2) years of experience in diagnostic imaging. One (1) year experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred. One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.
