Job summary

BARNES-JEWISH HOSPITAL at Washington University Medical Center is seeking a Radiologic / Radiology Technologist student for a PRN day schedule in outpatient imaging.

You will work under supervision, assist with imaging procedures, and gain hands-on experience in a leading radiology department. Being enrolled in a radiology program and the desire to learn are essential; no experience is required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or higher level of education.
• Currently enrolled in a radiology school program.
• 2nd year radiology student preferred.
• No prior experience required — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assists the technologist with imaging procedures under direct supervision.
• Escorts or transports patients to and from examination area and helps with transfers.
• Helps outpatients complete information for the procedure.
