UAB Medicine in Birmingham, AL, is hiring a Medical Imaging Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging under the direction of a certified imaging professional, with flexi/PRN AM shifts and a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule.
Additional duties may include patient escort and assisting radiologists and aides. This role is affiliated with UA Health Services Foundation, part of a large academic health system.

To perform diagnostic imaging under the direction of a certified imaging professional. To perform other duties as needed including, but not limited to, patient escort, assisting aides and radiologists.
High School diploma or equivalent and current enrollment in a medical imaging technologist program required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
