Cynet Health in Wilmington, NC seeks a Radiology Sonographer/Ultrasound Tech for a 13-week assignment. Day shift, 8 hours per shift; no call or weekend requirement. Required: minimum 2 years in Obstetrics & Gynecology, RDMS, NC or Compact license (pending OK).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Registered diagnostic medical sonographer (RDMS) required.
• OB/GYN and high-risk obstetrics experience preferred.
• NC license or Compact license; pending OK.
• Experience with GE ultrasound equipment

Responsabilités

• Perform 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester scans.
• Assess amniotic fluid index and fetal anatomy.
• Evaluate placenta previa; neonatal bone lengths and brain/heart assessments.
• Imaging for OB/GYN patients requiring level 1 OB scans and GYN scans.
• Floating within the facility; no call or weekend requirement.
• RTO after booking is not permitted; may assist in mass casualty events.

Description:The candidate must have experience in high-risk Obstetrics and outpatient settings.Skills required include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester scanning, amniotic fluid index, fetal anatomical survey, and placenta previa assessment.Neonatal skills should cover bone lengths, cerebellum, ventricles, head, and heart assessments.Renal and pelvis skills include bladder, hernia, ovaries, prostate, renal/bladder, uterus, and vaginal assessments.The position involves working with OB/GYN patients requiring level 1 OB scans and GYN scans.The candidate must be a registered diagnostic medical sonographer.There is no call or weekend requirement.Candidates must be open to floating within the facility.RTO after booking is not permitted.Travel experience is not mandatory for candidates.The work setting requires advanced knowledge and skills in GE ultrasound equipment.Participation may be required during catastrophic events or mass casualties.All skills and competencies will be assessed during the interview process.
