Description:Operate diagnostic ultrasound equipment to demonstrate anatomical or physiological structures of the human body for diagnostic purposes.Produce quality images as directed by the radiologists and physicians for the diagnosis or treatment of anatomic or physiologic disorders.Demonstrate knowledge of general and cross-sectional anatomy, technical factors, and basic computer skills.Function to work independently and in a cooperative manner in a teamwork-oriented atmosphere.Prioritize providing exceptional care and patient satisfaction.Perform General Abdominal Sonography, Vascular Sonography; doppler, ABIs, and Segmental Pressure exams, OB/GYN Sonography, and small parts Sonography on all populations.Produce ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for use by physicians.Day shift position, one call night every week, and every 5th weekend call.Operates diagnostic ultrasound equipment to demonstrate anatomical or physiological structures of the human body for diagnostic purposes.Knowledge of general/cross-sectional anatomy and technical factors is essential.Functions to work independently while being team-oriented throughout the health system.We currently use Canon ultrasound machines.
