Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience across general, abdominal, OB and vascular exams.
• Current state license required at submission.
• BLS and ARRT-Sonography certifications completed.
• Proficiency in pelvic, transvaginal and vascular imaging, including carotids and DVT.
• Experience with Epic electronic charting system.

Responsibilities

• Perform general, abdominal, obstetric (all trimesters) and vascular ultrasound examinations.
• Conduct pelvic and transvaginal scans as needed.
• Collaborate with care teams and document findings in Epic.
• Travel as required for assignments; maintain patient care standards.
• Ensure compliance with license and certification requirements.

Description:The Ultrasound Technologist will perform a variety of ultrasound examinations.Procedures include general ultrasound, abdomen, obstetric in all trimesters, and vascular exams.The candidate will have experience with pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound.The daily patient census is between 8-10 patients.The Ultrasound Technologist will work with various patient age groups, including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.Collaboration with interdisciplinary support teams is part of the role.The candidate must have experience with the charting system Epic.Travel experience is required for this position.Certifications in BLS and ARRT-Sonography are essential.Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment is expected.
