Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent patient experience through first impressions and superior customer service.
  • Manage multiple phone lines efficiently in a high-volume environment.
  • Assist patients in scheduling procedures using correct CPT codes based on referrals.
  • Coordinate with physician offices for scheduling.
  • Gather complete and accurate clinical, demographic, and financial information.
  • Provide patients with preparation and appointment instructions.
  • Handle calls using a centralized phone system for all outpatient sites.
Qualifications
  • Experience managing multiple phone lines and delivering superior customer service in a virtual healthcare environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
  • Radiology scheduling experience required.
  • At least one year of clinical or scheduling experience.
  • Dedicated home office with high-speed internet.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be based in the USA.
Additional Information
  • Medical terminology knowledge or medical office experience is a plus.
