Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. is seeking a Mammography Tech in Miami Beach to prepare patients, execute mammographic examinations, and ensure quality control of imaging. Candidates must be ARRT registered and hold a Florida Radiographer license, along with BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and hold a current Florida General Radiographer license.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 1 year of clinical experience required & Mammography ARRT (M) certified or certification eligible.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for examinations and executes mammographic examinations.
• Reviews patient medical records to verify physician's orders prior to examination.
• Inspects images for quality and monitors all images before interpretation by Radiologist.
