Responsibilities

• Assess patients and identify care needs.
• Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Serve as charge nurse as assigned and collaborate with radiology team.
• Maintain accurate and relevant patient care records and documentation.
