Job summary

Allegheny Health Network in Jefferson Hills, PA, is seeking a Radiology RN for a dayshift, 40-hour week. You will monitor patients and administer conscious sedation during interventional radiology and collaborate with radiologists and radiology assistants to ensure patient safety. This on-site role emphasizes sedation and monitoring, with no scrub duties.

The position targets experienced nurses, preferably with critical care background, and requires PA RN licensure (or eNLC) plus ACLS and CPR.

Qualifications

• Minimum: current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through eNLC.
• Preferred: ACLS.
• CPR certification required as part of employment criteria.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients and manage sedation during IR procedures.
• Provide nursing support and patient monitoring across imaging modalities (MRI, Ultrasound, CT).
• Assist with monitored patient transport as needed.
• This role does not scrub in or circulate in cases.
