The Cath Lab Tech will be responsible for performing a variety of interventional and diagnostic procedures in the Cath Lab. This position requires expertise in handling various devices and assisting physicians during procedures, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab.
- Perform accurate monitoring and operate radiographic equipment.
- Maintain sterile environments and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.
- Administer medications and assist with patient care as needed.
- Participate in on‑call rotations, including one shift per week and every fourth weekend.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R) or RCIS required.
- EP Experience, IR Experience, Vascular Experience preferred.
- Ability to float within the facility as needed.
