Responsibilities

• Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to facilities.
• Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital or computed radiography equipment.
• Submit/transmit X-Ray images to a Radiologist for interpretation.
• Unload portable X-Ray equipment and bring it to facilities for exams ordered by the physician.
• Obtain diagnostically competent X-ray images and perform EKGs as needed.
• Communicate with dispatch and management; interact professionally with staff and clients.
• Maintain vehicle and x-ray equipment.

Role:Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to various facilities.

Tasks and Responsibilities:Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital or computed radiography equipment.Submit/transmit X-Ray images to a Radiologist for interpretation.Unload portable X-Ray equipment and take it into facilities for exams ordered by the physician.Obtain clinically diagnostic and technically competent x-ray images.Perform EKGs as needed and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation.Scan exam-related paperwork daily per protocol.Regularly communicate with dispatch and management.Interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.Maintain the vehicle and x-ray equipment.

Physical Demands:Must be able to push/pull 50 to 100 lbs with the use of assistive tools.When maneuvering equipment inside facilities or homes, the weight can increase.May exert 50 lbs of force or more throughout the day.
