Job summary

Signature-Healthcare in Brockton, MA is seeking a Radiology Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the department's quality program. Full-time, first shift, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an 80-hour pay period.

You will collect and maintain data-driven metrics and collaborate with radiologists and staff to improve patient care. You will manage critical and follow-up results, participate in Lean initiatives, and help communicate findings to ensure safety and effective

Qualifications

• Strong communication, both written and oral.
• Associates degree in business administration or medical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement the Radiology quality assurance program.
• Collaborate with radiologists and staff to improve inpatient/outpatient services.
• Manage critical, urgent, and follow-up results for radiology studies.
• Monitor Lean metrics and participate in daily huddles.
• Maintain logs and communicate issues to care providers.
