NextCare seeks a Practical Technologist in Radiology (PTR) / Medical Front Office professional for a fast-paced urgent care environment. You will balance radiology responsibilities with front office duties, delivering a positive patient experience while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires a customer-focused individual who can manage patient flow, EMR data entry, and coordination between clinical and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; and a radiology certificate/diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience handling front desk tasks and patient interactions in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and radiology workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical radiology support and front office representative in urgent care.
• Perform radiology duties within scope and maintain patient safety protocols.
• Assist providers with radiology procedures under supervision.
• Enter patient data accurately and manage appointment flow.
• Ensure front desk operations run smoothly and respond to patient inquiries.
