Job Description - RADIOLOGY PRACTITIONER ASSISTANT (FT; 40hrs/wk) - Temple Health/Jeanes Hospital (250638)
Under the supervision, guidance, and discretion of the radiologist, RPA's exercise autonomy in decision-making as primary caregivers with regard to patient assessment, patient management, and providing a broad range of radiology diagnostic and interventional services in accordance with scope of practice and license guidelines.
Education
Bachelor's Degree: Graduate of a Certification Board for Radiology Practitioners Assistants (CBRPA) approved program for Radiology Physician Extenders. (Required)
Experience
1 Year experience as a Radiology Practitioner Assistant (Required)
License/Certifications
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required)
ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Required)
BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
CBRPA - Certified Board Radiology Practitioner Assistant (Required)
