You will partner with Managing Physicians to optimize staffing, standards of care, and regulatory compliance, while leading a team and managing budgets to drive quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience
• Experience managing a minimum of 25 providers in a Specialty Care Department
• Solid working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations
• Solid organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, develop and coordinate clinic activities to meet goals and objectives
• Collaborate with Managing Physicians on staffing and recruitment; monitor MD/Support staff ratios
• Provide leadership and development for staff; enforce policies and safety standards
• Manage budget, capital equipment proposals, and cost controls
