Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a Practice Manager to provide operational and financial leadership across affiliated practices in the Tampa area. You will monitor key performance metrics, manage budgets, onboarding, credentialing, payroll, and quality programs while supporting leadership on strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will partner with physicians and executives to drive efficiency, scheduling, billing compliance, and practice improvement, guiding day-to-day operations and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred with 5+ years in healthcare administration or radiology practice.
• 2+ years in financial analysis, accounting, or related experience with Excel and analytics tools.
• Experience collaborating with physicians and healthcare leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and financial support to practice leadership by monitoring KPIs, productivity, budgets.
• Coordinate onboarding, licensing, credentialing, payroll, and quality programs.
• Manage accounts payable, expenses, reporting, and supply ordering.
• Partner on budgeting, scheduling, and practice improvement initiatives.
• Support performance and collaboration while assisting leadership with day-to-day operations.
