Seeking to recruit a well-rounded radiologist due to the retirement of a long-term physician and rapid department growth. Join a collegial, multispecialty hospital practice with over 100 physicians and a physician-led medical staff. The Radiology Department comprises two full-time, board-certified radiologists and a full administrative team. Enjoy a turn-key practice with minimal administrative burdens, featuring a single-platform Fuji PACS system merged across the hospital system, along with the latest voice-to-text Powerscribe software to maximize efficiency. In-house PACS administrators and full-time IT support are available to ease administrative tasks and focus on clinical work.
This is an employed position with daytime hours, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., and teleradiology support after hours. The approximate volume is 100 cases per day. Weekend call and holidays are shared equally among radiologists, approximately 1:3 weekends. The role requires experience with mammography and light IR procedures, including CT/US-guided biopsies and drains. Share vacation equally from day one, with 40 days off per year. A fellowship stipend is available for the right candidate.
The area is underserved and accepts J1 and H1B visa applicants. Located in the Delta Regional Authority with no J1 waiver limits or deadline.
