Job description

The UPMC Department of Radiology is currently recruiting for 3 open positions within the clinical division. The division includes over 70 remote and onsite radiologists providing services at several UPMC hospitals, including multiple level I and II trauma centers and outpatient imaging centers.

Our division is committed to providing excellent patient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, with ample time off and opportunities for professional development. Radiologists may receive a clinical appointment at the academic medical center and have options for teaching residents, though education and research are not mandatory.

Open Positions:

1. Daytime onsite/hybrid (2 positions): Fellowship trained in Neuroradiology, Body, or Musculoskeletal Imaging; consideration for Breast imagers doing general radiology. Responsibilities include a mix of subspecialty and ED generalist shifts, both onsite and remotely. Compensation includes a base salary of $600K, incentive bonuses, 12-13 weekends/year, ample time off, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, 401K, and hybrid work options.
2. Remote Evening/Overnight Body Imager (1 position): Fellowship trained, ideally with general ER skills, working with a team of 21 overnight radiologists. Schedule is one week on, two weeks off, with shifts rotating among evening, late night, and overnight hours. Salary is approximately $560K, with incentives, additional work opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.
3. Remote Daytime/Early Evening (1 position): Fellowship trained in Body, Neuro, or MSK imaging, with general ER skills. Responsibilities include a mix of ED and subspecialty work across various shifts, with a schedule accommodating 1 week on, 1 week off. Compensation includes a $400K salary, incentives, and full benefits.
