Job description

Premier Physician Services is seeking a full-time Mammography Radiologist for an opportunity in Denville, New Jersey.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Breast Radiologist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of procedures including Breast biopsies (US Guided) and Stereotactic. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, precision, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

• Salary: 1099 Rate - $650k
• 9 weeks vacation
• Location: St. Michaels & St. Mary’s, St. Clare’s Medical Center, NJ
• Schedule: 3 days/week onsite, 2 days remote, M-F 7a-4p or 8a-5p
• No weekends or overnights
• EMR: EPIC
• PACS: INFINITT

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform Breast Biopsies: Conduct image-guided breast biopsy procedures, including Ultrasound-guided biopsies and stereotactic.
2. Patient Consultation: Provide thorough consultations with patients to explain procedures, answer questions, and address concerns.
3. Procedure Planning: Collaborate with referring physicians to plan and execute interventional procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
4. Post-Procedure Care: Monitor patients post-procedure, manage any complications, and provide follow-up care as needed.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of all procedures and patient interactions.
6. Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and procedural outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Radiology and fellowship training in Mammography, MQSA Certified.
• Valid medical license to practice in New Jersey.
• Proficiency in performing breast biopsy procedures.
• Strong diagnostic and procedural skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
