A growing healthcare system in Chicago is seeking multiple radiologists to join their physician-owned practice, offering opportunities for evening and overnight shifts. The practice provides diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology services for two hospitals and several imaging centers, ensuring a collaborative work environment. Multiple Rads Needed in Chicago!

The physician-owned and operated private practice, with 23 radiologists, is one of the largest and fastest-growing healthcare systems in the Chicagoland area. They are the exclusive provider of diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology services for two hospitals (including a Level 1 Trauma center and a premier teaching institute) and several imaging centers. They are seeking:

1. Second shift: Evening 9-hour shifts from 4 pm to 1 am CST, with a schedule of 7 days on / 7 days off. The workload includes 100-110 studies. Candidates confident in neuroradiology, preferably fellowship-trained, are preferred but not required. The shift includes two additional daytime FTEs for a comprehensive, collaborative environment. Starting salary is competitive (in the $400s) plus incentives. A generous signing/relocation bonus is offered. Additional day and swing shifts are available for increased income. 2. Overnight shift: Two full-time tele-radiologists are sought to work 9-hour shifts from 10 pm to 7 am CST, with a schedule of 7 days on / 7 days off, with flexibility for alternative schedules. The workload is similar (100-110 studies). Confidence in neuroradiology, preferably fellowship-trained, is preferred but not required. The package includes an average of about $3,000 per shift plus incentives, totaling over $550,000 annually. Benefits mirror those of the second shift, including full insurance, retirement plans, CME stipend, liability insurance, and remote work support.
