Nurses Etc. Staffing is looking for a full-time Radiologist MD/DO to join our team at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, CA. This is a unique opportunity to work with active-duty military and their beneficiaries.

Radiologist Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

1. Degree: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.).
2. Education: Graduate from an accredited medical school in the United States or Canada. The degree must be accredited by recognized bodies such as the American Medical Association or the American Osteopathic Association, or equivalent foreign credentials with proper certification.
3. Board Certification: In Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR).
4. Experience: Minimum of one year of recent experience as a Radiologist.
5. Licensure: No specific licensure requirement, but must meet all qualification requirements to interpret mammograms as per FDA regulations.

Specific Duties include:

• Dictate and review daily completed dictations.
• Provide technical direction during diagnostic mammograms and interpret all screening and diagnostic mammogram studies.
• Perform interventional procedures related to breast health, including needle localizations, stereotactic biopsies, ultrasound-guided biopsies, and fluid aspirations.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures within core privileges of a diagnostic radiologist.
