Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related field from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 3 years of Radiologic Technologist or related imaging experience.
• Current ARRT certification and Ohio Radiologic License.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the radiology department, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate imaging staff and activities.
• Provide training, orientation, and ongoing competency assessment for imaging staff.
• Monitor imaging quality and ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and departments to support patient care.
• Ensure patient safety, privacy, and comfort throughout procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation per standards.
• Participate in quality assurance and safety initiatives.
• Assist in equipment maintenance and coordination of repairs as needed.
• Support inventory management and supply ordering for radiology.
