• Manage clinical staff, scheduling, triage duties, and provide staff resources.
• Develop and monitor the fiscal operating budget, assess variances, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee clinical activities for students to ensure core curriculum alignment and future employment opportunities within MGB.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and industry trends.
