Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Licenses/certifications in radiologic imaging as listed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned radiology modalities and administrative components.
• Supervise staff, training, development, hiring and performance assessment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, MQSA, ACR, NYS).
• Prepare and monitor budgets, monitor expenses and variances.
• Oversee imaging IT systems (PACS) and equipment upgrades.
• Coordinate staff training and quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop marketing/public relations and physician outreach programs.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate with Director Operations on policies to ensure quality and safety.
• Promote customer service focus, patient access and experience improvement.
• Ensure a safe environment for staff and patients.
• Hire, onboard, coach and manage direct reports; maintain accountability.
• Foster development of self-directed teams and effective communication.
• Develop tactics to achieve organizational goals including patient experience and financial strength.
• Occasional on-call administrative duties.
• Uphold Nuvance Health values and maintain regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.
