Job summary

Cynet Health in Tacoma, WA is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 16-week Radiology assignment. The role requires 2+ years of MRI experience and license, with ability to perform neuro, body, and MSK studies. You will work 8-hour days, Mon-Fri, in a two-scanner department, using EPIC and McKesson PACS for charting.

Description:Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with the client within the past year.Client automatically deducts the 1.75 WA state tax, which can be re-added.The department has two scanners/rooms.Floating or covering other areas is required for both outpatient and inpatient imaging.The average number of scans/studies performed per day is 13.The department utilizes Siemens TIMS Symphony and 3T Trio equipment.There is a radiologist available in-house.Starting IVs is a requirement of the position.There are no weekend or holiday requirements unless mutually agreed upon.Limited on-call duties may be required.Scrubs are not provided, and the traveler must supply their own.Department-specific orientation is provided in the first full week.The hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts for 13-week assignments or 3 shifts for shorter assignments.Charting is done using EPIC.BSN is not required.This position is set in an acute care setting.
