Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an MRI Tech for a 13-week contract to perform advanced MRI imaging, including neuro, general body, and musculoskeletal studies. The role requires ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification and BLS, with a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Minimum 1 year experience preferred, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and willingness to participate in ongoing professional development in a busy hospital radiology unit.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures including neuro, general body, and musculoskeletal imaging.
• Staff the night shift; participate in weekend coverage if required.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary imaging team with 7:00 PM–7:30 AM shifts.
• Engage in continuing education and training; adapt to new equipment and protocols.

Description:Contract MRI Tech position available for 13 weeks.Hours are from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.Position involves weekday overnights.The unit has a total of 209 hospital beds.There are typically 1-2 day MRI techs and 1 overnight MRI tech.Night shift staffing includes 1 MRI tech, 1 X-ray tech, 1 CT tech, and 1 Ultrasound tech.No call requirements; willingness to take call is preferred.Typical procedures performed include neuro, general body, and musculoskeletal imaging.The preferred candidate will possess the current Advanced Registry in Magnetic Resonance.Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is also required.Ideal candidates will be team players and able to work independently.Dress code includes olive tops with black bottoms or all black scrubs.Participation in continuing education and training is encouraged.Unit promotes a collaborative work environment.New equipment and technology are regularly integrated into practice.
