Origin Travel Nurses in Lancaster, PA is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to perform MRI scans using Siemens 1.5 scanners while ensuring patient safety and comfort. You will maintain and calibrate imaging equipment and document results accurately.

The role may involve mentoring junior staff and adhering to ARRT and BLS certification requirements. Applicants should have completed an accredited radiologic technology program (two-year certificate or associate degree) and hold ARRT

Shifts are Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and Monday and Tuesday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing MRI scans and be familiar with Siemens 1.5 scanners.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans on patients according to established protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during the imaging process.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment as needed.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff, if applicable.
• Document imaging processes and results accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have experience with Siemens 1.5 scanners.
• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program resulting in a two-year certificate and/or associate degree.
