Job Description

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for operating MRI machinery, conducting imaging exams for brain, spine, and extremities, and assisting in diagnostic procedures. The candidate will work in a team-oriented environment, using GE 1.5T and GE 3T MRI machines. Proficiency in starting IVs and familiarity with Meditech EMR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans of patients as per the physician's orders.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures.
• Maintain and operate MRI equipment according to protocols.
• Document patient information and scan results accurately in EMR.
• Collaboration with medical team to provide high-quality care.

Required Experience

• Valid MRI Certification (A.R.R.T.(R)(MR) or ARMRIT Certification).
• Experience with GE MRI machines.

Certifications/Licensure
