Job summary

Cynet Health seeks a Radiology - Mammo Tech for a 13‑week assignment in San Francisco, CA. The role requires mammography expertise, ARRT R, BLS, CRT certifications, and a state license. Shift is day 5x8, with 8-hour blocks, Saturdays may be required.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, plus familiarity with Epic charting, 3-D mammography, and radiation safety in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Must have experience in needle localizations and radiation safety.
• Ability to conduct screening mammograms and stereotactic biopsies is expected.

1. Previous charge experience
2. Patient ratio experience of 28
3. Charting system experience, specifically with Epic
4. Certifications must be AHA or ARC
5. Travel experience

Description:Maybe required to work some Saturdays.Experience in 3-D mammography and diagnostic mammograms is essential.Skills in digital mammography and digital quality assurance procedures are required.Experience with fine needle aspiration, Hologic 3D, and Hologic Affi BX is preferred.Knowledge of inpatient and outpatient procedures is necessary.Familiarity with isolation precautions and personal protective equipment is required.Must have experience in needle localizations and radiation safety.Ability to conduct screening mammograms and stereotactic biopsies is expected.Understanding of universal precautions and core measures is important.Interdisciplinary support and interpretation services may be provided.Daily patient census is approximately 150, with about 150 visits per day.Weekend coverage is necessary, with a maximum of 7 weekend shifts per contract.Compliance with onboarding and background verification is mandatory.All candidates must provide accurate work history for the past 7 years.Modules will be completed during orientation, and average completion time may vary by specialty.
