Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Radiology - Mammo Tech for a 13-week assignment in Pittsfield, MA. The technologist will perform X-Ray and Mammography procedures, ensure patient care, and operate PACS/HIS/RIS systems with proper infection control and confidentiality.

Must-Have:

Description: Perform a wide variety of technical procedures, requiring independent judgment and ingenuity. Initiative is required to apply appropriate skills to facilitate diagnosis. May be assigned independent responsibilities by supervisory staff. Responsible for proper care of clients in accordance with policies and procedures. May have responsibilities for supervision or instruction of department personnel. Practice infection control and maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Demonstrate proper operation of PACS, HIS, and RIS computer systems. Demonstrate ability to operate and troubleshoot CR, DR, and PACS applications. Attend mandatory education including blood borne pathogens and infection control. Maintain department competencies as required. Must work scheduled shifts and may not request schedule accommodations. Requests for time off during the assignment must be verified at the time of upload. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. Travelers may not take all holidays off and must work specific holiday blocks as scheduled. Any scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission.
