Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback on performance and quality of technologists.
• Manage coaching, training, and support for team members.
• Monitor and document performance during performance periods.
• Promote flexibility in staff utilization and appropriate delegation.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
• Support facility initiatives and act on behalf of the ICM when necessary.
