Phoenix VA Health Care System (PVAHCS) seeks an Interventional Radiologist to join a three-physician IR team at the Phoenix VA Medical Center. The role includes a full range of image-guided interventions and a commitment to training and developing procedural skills.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with a competitive compensation package up to $400,000 annually and a sign-on bonus up to 25% of salary, plus generous PTO and VA benefits.

Join Our Team as an Interventional Radiologist in Beautiful Phoenix!

Phoenix VA Interventional Radiology seeks a talented Interventional Radiologist to join our growing three‑physician IR team. We are part of a well‑established practice in Phoenix, Arizona, supporting the Phoenix VA Medical Center with a full range of interventional oncology, hepatobiliary, and advanced body procedures. We offer a diverse case mix, including endovascular treatment of PAD (excluding EVAR, TEVAR, and neuro intervention), along with the full spectrum of other image‑guided interventions. The group is committed to training and supporting motivated IR physicians who wish to further develop specific procedural skills.

Work Schedule:

• Monday — Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary : Up to $400,000 annually
• Annual Performance Bonus & Regular Salary Increases
• Sign-on Bonus : Up to 25% of your annual salary
• Paid-Time Off : 50 - 55 days of annual PTO (26 days of annual leave, 13 sick days, 11 paid federal holidays, and up to 5 days for CME)
• Retirement : Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401k with up to 5% contribution by VA

• CME : Possible $2,500/year reimbursement

• Flexible Contract : No Physician Employment Contract and minimal restrictions on moonlighting

Employment Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree in medicine or osteopathic medicine
• Unrestricted License : One full and unrestricted license from any U.S. state or territory
• U.S. Citizenship : Non-citizens may be considered when qualified citizens are not available, per VA policy
