The X-Ray Supervisor performs diagnostic radiology procedures under supervision, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care across all age groups.
Conduct radiographic procedures, optimize image quality, and provide personalized care that respects patient dignity. Ensure compliance with quality standards and institutional values. Operate X-ray equipment, evaluate radiographs, and handle patient transport and positioning. Recognize emergency situations and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; enrolled in an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Current BLS certification. Effective communication in English, basic computer skills, and physical ability to manipulate equipment, lift patients, and stand for extended periods. Ability to read and interpret radiographs and operate various imaging devices.
