Qualifications

• Recent hospital experience preferred as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Participation in a JCERT accredited school of radiology.
• Successful completion of Delaware Limited State Radiation License Exam.
• Basic computer skills.
• Capability to perform on-call, shift, holiday, and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic procedures in accordance with established professional and departmental standards.
• Adheres to department policies to optimize examinations for interpretation.
• Assist in teaching radiography students as required by Organization.
• Communicates with patients to obtain history and informed consent.
• Explain procedures to patients and address questions to ease anxiety.
