Responsibilities

• Operates imaging equipment with proper technical factors while maintaining radiation safety.
• Explains the procedure to the patient prior to the exam.
• Maintains proper patient positioning and transferring techniques.
• Ensures correct double ID and accurate documentation of imaging reports.
• Prepares rooms and daily supplies; cleans x-ray table and equipment daily.
